When will AimBots be launched?

AimBots, our first and showcase game, is set to launch early 2022. The community closed BETA testing commencing from June 2021. A team of testers are currently participating in the closed beta.

How do I become an AimBots tester?

Post your Ethereum wallet in the #beta-testers (Discord) channel. Once testing is open you will be invited in order of your wallet submission.

Will there be fees to submit a tournament entry?

Vidya has integrated with Polygon (formerly Matic) to bring near-free transactions to the whole ecosystem.

How are the games played?

All games within Vidya Games, whether produced by us or partnered studios, are browser-based and optimized to run on most, if not all, average spec'd computers.

Who are Vidya Games?

Vidya Games is made up of blockchain and game developers, creatives and strategists from UK, US, Canada and Ireland. Vidya Games LTD is a registered company in Toronto, Canada. You can find out more about the team members on the team page.

How do I stake my Vidya?

You can stake $VIDYA tokens for passive, frictionless earnings by using the VidyaFlux staking contract: 1. Open a web3 browser 2. Go to team3d.io 3. Click the "floppy disk" (bottom right taskbar) 4. Connect with a web3 wallet (Metamask or Trustwallet) 5. Click the now added "vidyaflux" desktop icon. 6. Enter the amount of $vidya you wish to stake 7. click "buy" Once complete you'll hold $flux, which represents the vidya held by you within the contract. Make sure to read VidyaFlux's introductory page on startup, which outlines all functions, features and risks inherent to the contract. This is a long-term staking mechanism that rewards those who stake the most tokens for the longest period of time. Stakers receive a share of the total contract activity. If you stake and immediately unstake, you may lose anywhere from 0% to 10% of your initial deposit to fees, not including gas fees. Bonus tokens from trade fees are distributed to Flux holders every single Friday.

Will pay-to-win feature in Vidya?

No. For the most part loot "upgrades" will be cosmetic only. This doesn't mean we can't, in the future, support game-types specifically designed for people who like to play with pay-to-win or microtransaction-heavy game mechanics.

Are Vidya games free-to-play?

Yes, all games on Vidya Games will be free-to–play. However, if you wish to purchase in-game loot and/or play-to-win, Vidya will be required to do so.

How will cheating be handled?

Anyone who suspects someone of cheating will be able to use the post-game replay and report any player when appropriate. Known cheaters will essentially be blacklisted from tournaments by their earned reputation score. While cheating can never be completely erased from the equation in any game, it will be difficult for cheaters to find users to play with.
